Just had the circut board replaced. Control pad still doesn't power up. Could we need a transformer and where do you get one? How can we test the transformer?

I have same problem. havent changed the control board yet. I would like info in this too. I know the voltage in is 120 to transformer but what are volts out supposed to be. I guess i could pull the transformer and hook it up to 110 and see what the volts out are (if any). I'll try it later today and post my findings.
