I have a 2007 sundance optima that was delivered about a month ago. On delivery I noticed that their was a crack on the control panel and the CD ozone was not installed. Yesterday the dealer came out and replaced the control panel and installed the ozone. I noticed this morning that the temp was down a few degrease and the water was not circulating. When I turn on the jets the ozone does come on and when I turn off the jets the circ pump seems to work for a minute or 2 then turns off. Also I dont think the heater is kicking on since the circ pump is not circulating but it does kick on when you turn the pumps on.

As it would have it the dealer is closed today. Any one have any ideas what the problem is?

Thank you in advance

Don't know the software config for anything Sundance 2007... however,

What is wrong with the current condition you've described?

Is your temperature out of spec?

Filtration not working properly?

Sorry to hear about your trouble with your sundance. I have a new sundance as well and my new spa has been great. Your problems sound like they all started after the techs were there. Did it ever work right after the techs were there? Bad control panel? I'd call the techs out again. Good luck!
