I bought a used Apollo Spa (1999) and realized when I got it home yesterday that the equipment module input power terminal block is fried. :x
The input power terminals are a plastic piece that fits over 4 leads on the circuit board for dual 120v hot, neutral and ground inputs. The spa worked fine before being disconnected, and the circuit board (Gecko sspa-1-P-122-01-LS) otherwise looks good. Anyone know if I can replace the input power terminal block without buying a new circuit board?

You're on your own on this one. The SSPA circuit boards are not available as that system was designed to be replaced in its entirety.

Just about anything reasonable that can be fabricated to get wiring to attach to the circuit board should work, however, you must remember that the reason why it's fried is because it previously had bad connections (probably loose), and it generated lots of heat and burned up the block.

So, whatever you figure on working with, it'll need to be able to handle 40 amps continuous load thru those connections.

I might try some of those large bare copper ground lugs that are available in the electrical section of home depot or other similar store. Just use the clamp, and not the lug.

They're about $3 for a bag of 2 or 3.

Thanks. I thought I might have to rig something up.
