I found both breakers, GFI, and house breakers tripped. Reset both breakers, all lights normal but spa not heating up. The board has two terminals at the edge of the board connected via metal copper jumper to the two heater terminals. Using a meter I found no power at the bottom of one of the jumpers, hopwever, touching the upper most part of the terminal at the edge of the board I have power. I removed the jumpers and screws and it looks like the metal terminal coming out of the board had a copper coating which has flaked off. Is the board repairable or should it be replaced? In the photo it is the terminal at the bottom between red and black wire.

1994 clearwater spa mfg Woodinville WA, Balboa board pn 27600, revision 1c serial bs30zc*4070006. Two main pumps, one constant circ pump.

that didn't just flake off, it Burned itself off due to loose connections.

If you're good with soldering iron and patient, good chance it can be fixed.

Soldering did not work. So far could not find a circuit board replacement for a balboa pn 27600 revision 1c serial bs30zc*4070006 chip set s or 530Z-CR1A Can anyone help or is it time for a spa pack with controller?

If so 2 pumps, 220, [1] 2 speed & [1] 1 speed for the jets, new 110 aquflow constant circ pump, not using the ozinator. Any suggestions as to a pack to use?
