I'm tired of buying new heater elements every year and replacing thermistats etc etc. The other down side is keeping a constant temp? Is there aynone out there who has converted one of thes tubs to digital. I am running 240 volts and we just installed a new motor and pump last year. I cant be the one one whos frustrated at this? Any help would be appreciated?

Cheers

converting to a digital control isn't going to help with the maint. issues.
It sounds like you have some nasty water issues or not maintaining the water chemistry correctly.

Need more info to be of any help.

water ph, hardness for a start... soft water for example will eat a heating element, rather dissolve the outer covering.
