Spa: Leisure Bay 7-8 person

Panel: Leisure Bay Xtreme Tech
Personal Comfort Control

Spa had been working properly and we love it. We want it back so please assist however you can.

-Last night it had a FLO error on the display
-Turned off the power at the breaker (GFCI which tests fine)
-Installed another filter
-Turned breaker back on
-No display on panel
-Pressed Test button on breaker and it tripped normally; checked other breakers and they are fine too.
-Reinstalled filter and looked around but there is nothing to see

Please lend me your expertise/advice

I am going to drain the spa tomorrow (sadly), but from what I can tell if I ever want to troubleshoot it again I will have to refill it to prevent problems from ocurring from having it on while empty. Man this is not a good feeling to have this monstor outside taking up most of my deck and it doesn't even work! Please help when you can, anyone
