So here is the situation:

I forgot to plug the spa in after using outlet for cooking. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was unplugged until after the water froze in it. I just drained, cleaned and refilled. Plugged it in and now the light is flashing and there is a ticking sound that coincides with the flashing light. About 10 minutes after plugging it in the spa starts turning on and off every few seconds and all the lights in my house are pulsing as it turns on and off. I opened it up and found that there is a Balbo Instruments box with the model number DU-H136-CCAH on it. This is where the ticking is coming from. Anybody have any ideas. I am wondering if the frozen water blew the circuit board or relay (or is that the same thing) anyway, any help is greatly appreciated!
