I boughyt an ACC ePACK about a year and half ago. It ran for a couple of months and then started showing PsOL errors - didn't have pressure or flow so the heater will not turn on. No pressure was because the pump stopped working. I live in MN so I drained tub for the winter. Long story short I replaced the pump and still have the same pressure error because the pump will not start.

I put power directly to the pump and it works and the error goes away and the heater turns on. The pump is a 2 speed 230 VAC. The pack when turned on clicks and then clicks a second time. I assume that a relay is trying to start the pump.

How would I test the relay? Can you get parts to repair this pack? Can I send this in for repair? I am electronically literate and can handle a soldering iron.
Thanks,
Bill

If your pump won't turn on at all, it's possible the previously bad pump could've blown the common relay.

But, if your previous pump was 115 volts, then you'll have to change a jumper in the controller to give it the correct voltage.

To test, an ac voltmeter on the proper scale (>250 vac range) between the white and black and/or white and red pins on the pump plug.

If no go, then what I'd do is cut the white common coming from the pump plug and connect it directly to L2 input to test to see if that'll solve the problem. If so, then the common relay is dead.
