I have an old Hot Springs Spa. I am not very knowledgeble about spas. My spa just stopped circulating hot water about two months ago. I have tried the two red reset buttons, but neither seem to be tripped. I have taken the heat and the small circulation pump off the spa and plugged them into an indoor 110v plug, and both operated normally. I even plugged them into the outdoor 110v plug that the spa is normally plugged into, and they both worked there. I am only guessing that something may be wrong with the board. I don't have a way to test the amps. I really don't know that, nor do I have any idea how to repair it. I have owned this spa for 8 years and never had an trouble at all.

Help!!!!!

Thanks

cody

Does the circ pump run when it's installed in the spa?

no the circulation pump does not run when plugged into the Spa.

The door switch "seems" to work by the clicking sound when activated.

Call Dale at (661) 873-1174.

Probably your best resource on this problem for now.
