Hi All... I have a 2002 Dimension One Chairman II with LED lighting. My spa was drained and unused for 5 months becasue I moved (spa came with me) I had it wired and re-started professionally two days ago. Everything is running great on it, except when I try to turn on the LED light. It comes on but is very faint..almost to the point of barely being noticeable. I called my dealer and he said is the bulb out? No, it still produces a small amount of light. He was no help. I pulled the panel and verifed the connectionsare all correct. If it was out I thought maybe a fuse had blown, but at this point it still produces a small, low-voltage amount of light. HELP! I am an electronic zero!!

It is possible that the bulb fell out of the holder and is actually underneath the tub, this would give the appearance of a weak light in the lense. get under the tub and find the bulb.
