I am new to spas and this forum, so hopefully I do this right! I bought a house and this tub came with it. It is a 1996 marquis 240V two pump (plus a small circulation pump hooked to heater element) system with a Balboa spa pack. When I turn the breaker on, the display states that the temp of the water is 51 degrees, with a setpoint of 104 degrees. The problem is no heat. all the jets from both pumps work. also checked voltage at heater lugs and I am not getting the 240V I am supposed to. I get 240V coming in but not from the board to the element. people have suggested a flow problem, but I am not sure. any help would be greatly appreciated. sorry for the long post. thanks again.
