 Post subject: Problem with Vita Spa topside control

1998 Vita Spa L200, running on 110 Volt. When I plug the spa in I a normal display for only 1 or 2 seconds, then PB flashes and the filter Icon is displayed. But nothing works, and I cannot program the spa until I can communicate with the circuit board. Can anyone help
