I have a Vita L200 purchased originally in 03' The TopSide control is no longer accepting input and functioning. The digital display does output the temperature, and the filter/heater running. I cannot change the temperature, turn on the light, turn on the aroma air injector, nor the jets. I have shut off power for 1 hour, but (even according to the manual) all settings are stored in memory, and will return to normal operation. I have checked to make sure that the connection from the board to Topside is good. I moved this to the remote port on the board, but same result I checked all fuses and they were fine.
Does this appear to be a control board failure, or a topside failure?
I would add that there is a mention on page 15 of the manual, it refers to 'system reset' by holding the up button for 5 seconds. I have attemmpted this and it does not respond. It mentions thta is could be locked, it isn't.
Also, on page 32, it refers to several sensor errors, and the action to take it reboot the factory settings. ANY CLUE on how to do this?
