"Flo" seems a constant lateley. When the 1 speed pump is on and when no pumps are on, the flo message is constant. When the 2 speed pump is on, the "flo" goes away. Also, when I short the leads from the 2nd new flow switch in 2 months, the flo goes away, but the heater gets so hot it melted the housing and I had to epoxy that. The circulation pump is hot to the touch, but it does work. I am thinking of removing it and seeing if something is inside. It is only a couple years old. Any ideas would really, really help. I have looked inside the in and out areas of the two big pumps, and there are no obstructions. I have also used a large shop vac on all jets, drains, and other openings when the tub was empty and nothing came out--no bathing suit parts, no toys, no hair ties, nothing.

Thanks,
Mitch

Hi,

Recently encountered a FLO warning on my sundance capri display and found a defective circulation pump motor starting capacitor. Replaced capacitor and all works as advertised. Your circulation pump may be humming but not running and thus water overheat due to no circulation.
Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Len in Baguio
