Hi, I drained and refilled my Dimension One spa and now I have that darn FLO error. All my pumps work fine checked for air in the lines. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be checking for. Thanks for your help and happy Hollidays.

OHM out the pressure switch, and see if it's working properly.

I had a problem after filling mine just last week. I unscrewed the flow switch all the way out and just re-screwed it back in and it started to work not sure if this is a design flaw but the exact same thing happend when I first got the tub used from a friend. If you need help finding the swtich let me know. Mine is right around the heater it looks like a big nut with one wire coming out of it. it should have plumbers tape on the threaded part.

We unscrewed the flow switch, if we leave it loose the FLO error will go away and the hot tub heats up and works. As soon as we scre it in all the way the FLO error comes right back and it doesn't heat. Any ideas? :?:
