Just checked my spa, and water is cold. Breaker was off...but not sure if wife flipped that off, since we weren't using it.

I flip breaker on, and I get a FL1 error, and a buzzing like something is trying to start. The buzz lasts for 2 seconds or so, then stops. Then, in about 20 sec, it buzzes again. After doing this for about 10 times, the breaker flips off.

No water ciruclates. I took off filter, and no change.

Suggestions?
