I emptied, Cleaned and Replaced filter. The hot tub started up just fine and heated up during the night to 102 degrees. The water was cloudy. I removed the filter and cleaned it. When I put the filter back in I recieved a Flo Error. I removed and cleaned the filter again but I am still recieving a Flo Error. It was working fine before we emptied and cleaned it. All the Jets work and blowers work. What else could I check for? Thank You

Try running it with out a filter. If it works without a filter, replace it. Filters are the number 1 reason for FLO problems. It could be a bad pressure or flow switch, or bad wires form them to the board or a bad board. Start with the filter first.

Thank You Jeff,
I cleaned the filter again. The Flo Error did not go away right away. About 1 hour after I put the filter in the Flo Error went away the hot tub then heated. When I went back a few hours later the Flo error was back. We have a lot of minerals in our water could there be a build up somewhere that is causing this? What can I use to get rid of it?

Minerals will build up on the filter media, replace the filter. You can get filter cleaners that will remove minerals, they have a mild acid base, Try calling Laura at http://www.spafilters.com
