 Post subject: Heater Flow Switch error Er4

My UnitedSpas 3E topside controller is showing a Er4 sometimes, not consistant. I looked up the error and it says Heater Flow Switch Malfunction. Is this linked to the pressure switch? I have a Newport Spa with 2 pumps, ozone, 240, Brett aqualine circuit pack, digital topside, 2 filters with handles on top threaded on bottom. I just had the circuit pack replaced along with the heating element. Thanks in advance. :D
