The FLO message flashes and all the jets seem to work fine in all stages. The manual says it could be a pressure switch, but I have no idea where it is or what it looks like. I have power to the tub, but dont hear no kind of noise when all the jets and blower are off. Water dont seem to be circulating when not in use, should it be??

Pressure/flow switches are located on or near the heater assembly. Depending on the setup, you may or may not have water flowing all the time.
