OKAY..I am crying uncle..replaced recirculating pump from a mighty mite 1" fittings to an Iron mite 1 1/2" fittings...still a FLO message. Checked for air lock ...looseded fittings to bleed air....still a FLO message...check pressure switch by jumping contacts and still a FLO message. Checked continuity on the heater...seems good. Checked no GFCI problem. Checked to make sure pump is priming ....but still that darn flo message. When the Breaker is activated the tub comes alive, the recirculating pump seems to be pumping good flow but after about 30 secs a relay pops and wipes the smile right off my face....Any ideas where to go from here?

With the pump running, jump the terminals for the pressure switch at the board itself. You may have a bad board.
