I am the second owner of a California Cooperage 105. According to the previous owner it worked just fine.

When filled up and turned on, it heats to the set temperature and the heat turns off as it should. The problem seems to be that the low jets/pump must be on for everything to work. If I manually turn off the jets it locks down and displays FL.

I can reset it by pulling the breaker (240v). I located the pressure switch and turned it a little and a lot. This would either turn the jets off, resulting in the FL reading or do nothing.

Is this a pressure switch problem? How do I replace it?

Thanks so much!
Beth

Hey, nice to see i'm not alone. I've got a used 103 coleman delivered two days ago. I turned mine on and it's like on high all the time. By the time it reached temp. it gave me a " FL " error. That's the flow valve (according to the manual). It says to look for an obstruction and call a tech. If I try to put the jets on or off, it bogs down and turns the jets off. A few seconds later, it trys to turn them on again and repeats.

That's all I can contribute for now. I'm able to find flow valves on line, but can't find it in the spa!

I'll let you know about any advances I'm able to make.posting.php?mode=reply&f=14&t=4260#

i'm still in the same boat! I've replaced the pressure switch and, just yesterday, the pump! still no fix....did you ever get it resolved?

I'm guessing you gave up on this forum as I am about to do.
