I have a 6 year old Streamline spa with a Gecko control pack with a digital display (and controls). It's on a 220V circuit and has two motors. About 3 years ago the Flo message started popping up intermittently and the repair-man replaced the 4hp circulating pump. That fixed the problem for a while but then it came back with more and more frequency until now it is constant and the motor never engages. I replaced the pressure switch to no avail (and also filters) and now I'm wondering if the motor may be burned out. I can hear a "click" when I press the button to activate the jets on that motor, but I hear nothing from the motor itself.

Is there a test I can perform on the motor to see if it is bad?

I forgot to mention that I don't have continuity on the pressure switch but I do have continuity on the wiring harness to the switch.

Thanks for any help you can offer - feel free to use small words - I'm new at this.

Steve

Check your motor connections or the pump connector for voltage going to the pump.

If you have 230+ volts to turn the thing on, then the pump is defective, if not, then possibly a fuse or fried board relays etc...
