I'm getting the FLO error. It flashes with the temp. I've removed the filters, open the drain until water comes out, but the only thing that will get the FLO message to go away is to turn the pumps on HIGH. But now ever so often you can hear the pumps RPM drop slightly and then regain speed. The problem is that the heater will only heat the water with pumps on high but they don't seem to stay on for more than 20 minutes. So I have to keep going outside and turning them on again to get the water at 102 degrees. This is a pain since its 15 degrees outside. Is my pressure switch going bad? Its only 4 years old. Can the switch be bad even if the wires pass the continuity test?
HELP!

I am having the same problem with my thermo spa. Did you figure what the problem/cause was with yours? I replaced the pressure swith, all the T's are fully opened. I even went as far as to replace the circuit board and still get the same thing. I hope someonecan help.

I have the exact same problem, What did you finally do to solve the problem. My spa is 7 years old, worked great, my error message says:" pressure switch not closed when the pump is activated. heater deactivated. proper flow inhibited by pressure switch malfunction. Pressure switch needs to be adjusted." Any help would be great. If i turn pump on high, heater works.
Thanks Batty

To adjust your pressure switch:
- Locate the switch. There will be an adjustment knob in the middle between the two wire terminals. - Clean the filter and put the pump on low. - If the pressure switch is not already closed, turn the adjustment knob counter clockwise until it closes. (closed = continuity between the two terminals) - Turn the adjustment knob clockwise just until the circuit opens. - Turn the knob counter clockwise 1/4 turn so it is closed again.

I have a thermospa concord that I drain every year. This year I filled it up and started it and got that darn flo error. My pump one gets hot and does not pump. Pump two does work as well as everything else. I tried to adjust the presure censor and somehow broke it and now have two problems. Can someone tell me where to buy a pressure censor and maybe that is the whole problem and if not them maybe it's pump one. And where do I get one of those. I am reasonably ok with working on these. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe it's simpler than that!!!
