Hi,

I have a Thermospa Concord (about 5 years old). Over the last few weeks I have been getting the FLO error code. I removed the filters to see of that could be the prob but it did not make a difference.

The FLO message eventually goes away and I can run the tub but if I come back an hour later to check the message is back. I don't have a consistant way of clearing the message either.

Any clues as to what I should check.

If you did run it a couple days without filters and it still gave a FLO error, I would check the pressure switch next. The computer will want the switch to close a few seconds after the pump comes on and open a few seconds after the pump turns off. If either does not happen the computer will declare an error. Use your multi-meter on "ohms" to test the switch.
