Hi everyone, glad I found this forum :) .
I am not sure if this is the right place to post this; but hope so.
We have a hot tub that is approx. 10 yrs. old; a Crystal Waters by Ridgewood Enterprises Ltd., here in British Columbia, Canada, It has
a Balboa digital panel on top; that I know; as to what kind, you got me :!:
Anyway what has happened is that everything was working; then last week it started happening that you could run the 2 jet pumps but not the heater at the same time; or one jet pump and the heater but not both pumps with the heater at the same time, very strange. We didn't know what was happening :!:
A couple of days ago it started that the blower would start; but the jet pumps and heater won't start at all and FLO comes on the panel; so it isn't filtering  . We were figuring that it was the 'pressure switch', so I just bought one today; but alas; it is doing the same thing :? , so we have no idea what it is?
Could anyone help us; my husband said he thinks it might be one of the pumps; but we are not knowledgeable at all on the workings of the unit.
Thanks for any help.

I would lean towards the circuit board in the Balboa controller being defective ....

Thanks so much for posting your reply.
We have no idea what it is; we haven't had anyone in to fix it yet.
I would imagine that the circuit board would be quite expensive to replace. .
My husband was hoping that it might be some breaker that is stopping the pumps from running; or at the worst; the circulation pump.
Again, appreciate your reply.
