Post subject: 2007 Hot Springs Grande Hot tub -- Main control not working

I think I recently took a power surge/lightning strike. The power light is flashing red. When I open it up to look at the main board, there are two red LEDs illuminated. Next to one on the printed circuit board it says 'D17'. Next to the other it says 'Controller Unplugged'.
