 Post subject: brand new spa pack -- GFCI trips when heat is turned on [pics attached]

Just bought a new nu-wave spa pack including 110V pump and blower and 220V heater. The pump and blower work fine, but as soon as the heater is turned on, the GFCI breaker on the house trips. I am able to circulate but not heat. Please help - it's getting cold up here. Thanks.
