Hot Springs Grande 2002 Model.

Whenever there is a power outage from a storm, the power Indicator Red light blinks. Green Ready light is off. I set the 20 amp circuit and the red light goes on. Then, I wait ½ hour, (as instructed by the local spa center tech) and I set the 30 amp circuit, the red light goes on and stays steady for about 30 seconds and starts blinking again. Cannot figure out where the problem is. We had a tech out here three weeks ago and they replaced the check valve and cleaned the filters after the same issue and it worked. Well, now we have clean filters and a new check valve and the same thing is happening. Any suggestions would be helpful

Likely problem: Circ pump is beginning to fail, slow to start. Heater then overheats, red light flashes.

By the time tech arrives, circ pump is humming along. To confirm, next time it happens, check circ pump flow when red light flashes.
