I've just refilled our 2000 Hot Springs Jetsetter and now one of the breakers - I'm pretty sure it's for the heater - trips every time if the pump's breaker is on. If I turn on the breaker that's tripping by itself it will stay on. If I then turn on the other there's a pause of a couple of seconds, a click from the hot tub and the breaker trips. If the good breaker is already on the other breaker trips as soon as I try to set it. The jets work fine, display works fine. No heat.

The black box says IQ 2000. 220v.

I've tried to make sure there's not a vapor lock.

Thanks for any help you can give.

The breaker that you're referring to that you say is for the heater (man I hate these things with the separate breakers!) this is a GFCI type of breaker right? With a Test Button on it?

If so then your heater element has failed. What's happening is that once you turn power on to the pump/controller - it kicks on the relay that allows power to go to the heater from that breaker. So, naturally, if the main pump/controller power is off, then the heater will never see any power going to it.
