Found Spa had no power...Flip breaker with high spped jets on (heater off)
Runs fine...turn high speed off (turns on low speed and heater)..and breaker trips.
Found if i disconect the pressure switch then the breaker doesn't trip (low speed but no heat)
I tried Bypassing the pressure switch, but again breaker trips.

Tested Resistance on heater terminals got 11 ohms
Tried testing heater terminals to ground but got no reading...

Ideas?

All signs point to heater going to ground.

Remove heater leads, see if it still trips. If not, replace the heater.

Man what a long day... ugh... the extreme of the extreme crazy tech questions on the phone. I'm burned out today.

I think I'm gonna change my tag line to:

Amateurs built the Ark, Professionals built the Titanic, and Idiots work on Spas.

Forgive me, I'm just tired tonight.
