Hello i have a quick question i hope somebody maybe able to help me with.. first off the the tub is a 94 cal spa.. I started having problems with htis tub awhile ago.. it was working great no problems till it started tripping the breaker while it was heating.. i replaced the element and turned the tub back on and everything started to work again.. till i turned up the heater control .. the heater light would come on for about 10 seconds and then the tub would shut right down . then a minute later everything would start back up run for another 10 seconds and shut off again.. is there anybody that can help me? thank you in advance

p.s. i was looking at other posted when i stalled the new element it touched on side of the heater tube could that be it?

The heater element touching the side of the housing would be a problem if the breaker was tripping immediately when you turned on the heat. It sounds more like you aren't getting enough water flow through the heater and the thermal overload is tripping off. Check for adequate flow through the heater assembly.
