I changed the electrical box out when i got the spa because it would not send power thru the the contactors. If i plug in the unit it has power to the board and face of the unit. If i hold in on the pump contactor the pump will work. Same problem i had before. this is why i switched out the whole box. neither contactor will work on it's own.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. :D

I actually failed to mention that these events all happen when hooked to 110 or 220 power.

not sure I can help, but perhaps you should provide more information...

Electrical box... as in the GFI sub panel? Control board? Topside control? Are the contactors getting power (and perhaps just bad)? Of course they will supply power when manually engaged, they are only switches.

Thanks for the reply Charger, Yes i'm talking about the GFI subpanel
and the control board itself. Sorry for not being specific. Everything works including the lights and the topside controlspanel and the pump when i hold in the contactor for the pumpside. I replaced the contactors so i believe that they are good. i'm really stumped over this whole thing.
Where should i start the troubleshooting if you don't mind me asking?
