I have a coleman spa model 107 navy 220v.
Spa was running fine this morning. Went to check and add chemicals in PM and noticed the spa power was OFF. Checked breaker and it was tripped. tried to reset breaker would not reset (keeps tripping). Pulled 30 amp buss time delay fuse, breaker tests fine and doesn't trip. So....unplugged all load bearing equipment, ozonator, light, pump, etc...tested fuse and put back in, tried to reset breaker, still trips immediately..so, the fuse tests fine with a continuity test, voltage is fine before fuse...any ideas? Checked for loose wires and/or corroded wires and leaks, found none......All fuses inside the control box are intact, checked continuity on most circuits...Any help would be greatly appreciated...Is it possible that the FUSE is weak? Or would you say its the heater....
Thanks,
Marky

Try disconnecting both heater leads.

Thanks, I kind of figured it was the element, just didn't want to do it in the dark last night. I replaced the element today and all is good. Thanks for your reply.
