 Post subject: GFCI Tripping,No Heat,Mess

Have balboa icon10 lite leader controler.Freeze damage[pump went out].Replaced pump.pressure switch,fiter housing.Will only power up if GFCI has the ground unhooked.Everything powers up,reads temp,heat indicator lights,but no heat.O pwer across heater posts,and odd #'s at controllers wiring block[Green 0,Red o,Black 240,White 120].Unhook from block,and all #'s return to normal.Looking at a replacement controller 54115[Mines a 52235],but it'S $400,and I not sure if it"s what I need.Thanks in advance RLB

I feel really dumb,but found out my problem[with the help of other forums].My heating element was grounding out on the housing.2 17 cent nylon washers cured all my problems[almost smoked the heater testing it with out any water].Thanks for having all this info at peaples fingertips.RLB
