How long does it take before the GFCI is able to be reset, and stay reset?
If it takes while, might want to try the following...
Check for water leakage around topside control, or other fittings in the vicinity of the control box. The water level rises signifigantly when people are in the spa, so you're checking for non-pressure leaks in places that usually are not under water, that may let a drop or two of water land on, or follow a path onto the control box.
Also, might want to check the the "check valves" on the air blower and ozone generator, if you have those items installed. If a check valve on either the ozone generator or air blower has failed, water may back up into those items, resulting in a tripped GFCI.

I can reset it immediately, and it stays reset, I will check for water leaks, my spa originally came with a ninety degree leviton gfci plug but it went bad, i am know using a regular plug in, with a gfci outlet. Cal spa carries the original plug but do you think it would make adifference. Also my spa is a 2001 model and its a pneumatic series. Any help is appreciated.
