Hello forum, I am a newbie who hopes to find help here. This is my problem, I have a Hot Springs Grandee Model G with a a No Fault 6000 Heater. I noticed that I was leaking water and after further diagnosis I found that the Plastice cap on the Heater had a crack in it and was leaking water. I drained the hot tub and removed the screws that hold the cap on and pulled the cap back just far enough to get a finger in there to apply some silicone. After letting the silicone dry, I reassembled the heater to test to see if the leak was fixed. After running the hot tub for about 30 minutes no leaks so I plug the heater in, but it immediately tripped the GFCI breaker. I read several of the post in this forum and tried just about every suggestion but nothing worked. I am hoping that I am missing something simple.

Thanks

David
