We recently got a 1992 Hot Spring Sovereign (110 V) from friends of ours.

Based on the feedback I received to a previous post in the “Pump Issues, Circulation Pump” forum, I replaced the circulation pump yesterday, and everything seemed fine. The jets are running when turned on and the water heated up from about 71 degrees F to about 94 degrees in a few hours. When I checked this morning, the “Heater Reset” had popped out, and I have not been able to reset it. I just tried again pushing it in about 30 times, but it will not reset. BTW, when the heater reset is tripped, the circulation pump does not work.

Looking forward to any advice you may have.

Replace the high limit switch.

They get old and do just that.
