We purchased a new 2008 Sundance Spa (Marin) from a dealer 2 months ago. We have had a cooler than normal northern California summer however our electric bill has increased $250 a month X2 and the air conditioner has not been running soooooo the only change would seem to be the new spa (we replaced a still running VERY WELL 25 year old Cal-X Fun Spa). The new spa seems to be running continuously but the heater function is random, the control panel also seems to function intermittently and the lock control sets without being engaged. We have contacted the dealer and they are sending a service tech tomorrow. Any info on historic problems with this make or model?
