checked the filter? did you remove the filter altogether? Removing the filter is the first step to see if a low flow message goes away, also remember to prime you system whenever you get that message as well, an undetectable air pocket can wreak havoc with a pressure switch. Also try activating the high jets for 20 minutes to push out any unwanted stops in the line, provided none of this works then I would replace my pressure switch all together.

Thanks. but i think i found the problem.
At the balboa system.. you don't have a pressure switch.. it's just look at the 2 temp.. sensors. if there is any difference between those sensors..

Like.. sensor 1 = 12 degrees. and sensor 2 = 14 degrees.
than it say's low flow.
he thinks the water don't flow enough.

So i started the program. and take the sensors out.. and switched them.

oke i thought i got it but after a few days it's say's freeze cond..

now i know why it say that. i switched the sensors..

So now i turn them back.
But what can i do.to solv this problem. i don't have a presure switch.

i't checks the temp.. between those sensors. if there is 2 degrees diference between them.

than it say's low flow.
