spa looses power as long as i am holding down test button //when i let go
of test button spa power returns,
reset button does not have to be reset, --bad leviton gfci?

sure sounds that way....
The "reset" button...does it pop out when you hit the "test" button?
If it does, and the unit still functions, gfci is not wired properly...
