I took the air blower out and tested it on an independent power source, it works fine. In fact everything works fine when I disconect the air blower from the power box on the spa. There must be a short somewhere, but everything looks dry??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you test the blower on a GFI circuit? Current loss to ground makes a GFI trip. If the blower is shorting to ground then it could trip a GFI circuit but not a non-GFI circuit.

My guess would be to replace the blower.

Keep in mind I don't know a lot about that spa.
