 Post subject: Weep Hole in Laing Heater Weeping

Location: Colorado!
We have a Laing Infinity heater part #6759 that has a small weep hole in the plastic housing. When the pump is on water sprays out of the hole, and it dribbles out when the pump is off. The heater is on a separate breaker, and that breaker trips immediately once the pumps are on. Does this mean we're getting a new heater?
