A friend of mine is trading me this hot tub for my sons dirt bike. It probably needs a heater but so far we are unsure what it will need. I don't have it yet, and he can't seem to find anything to identify it.

There were a ton of places that would buy a shell, some jets, a pre-cut cabinet, a spa-pack, and assemble the components.

This looks like one of those.

It's probably pretty old, it looks like they used sikaflex instead of silicone for the jet-wall fittings, and a 1"flex pvc line for an air line dates it as well. Mid 80's to early 90's if I had to guess.

Tons of spa company's went out of business during that era.
