I'm not sure of the year. I'm assuming it's older due to the wooden case. Background: 220v, Pneumatic 4 in line button control, Temp knob, 2 pumps. I'm guessing 1 for heater and aux and one for the rest of the controls. It was empty when I got here, so filled it up and turned it on.
Everythings seemed to be working just fine. I had to play with the pneumatic tubes coming from the control panel, it seemed they got turned around somehow. The Heater light comes on then says temp ready. There wasn't a thermoter but it's getting REALLY hot. I'm going to have to check on that later.
My real question is. I left the jets on the other night and now they won't turn off. When I press the button they shut off for a couple of seconds then pops back on all by itself. I took the control panel off to inspect and it looks like when the button is depresses the main system fuse gives a spark, tries to turn off the jets then flips back on. I'm puzzled. I'm definately NOT an electrician, but can hold my own with plain common sense.
I can't find a serial number inside the control box. Does anyone know what I have? Should I replace the system fuse and wires? Should I worry that the jets don't turn off? Will this cause motor issues later? I can send pictures if necessary. Any help is greatly appreciated - Thanks

it could very well be in a filter cycle, which would allow the pump to run even when you want it off.
