Hello Everyone,

I hope this is the correct place to post this question. We recently purchased a refurbished Cal Spas VIP Series spa (pictures in the other section) but unfortunately did not get the manual with it. The one one Cal-Spas website is for the 2004 models and they don't have an archive. Does anyone have a copy or know where we can download one for the VIP Series (Model PS4) ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I recently called Cal Spas and they sent me a manual for my Model PS-3 (built in 1990) for only $5.00. All they need to know is the year it was built. This information can be found on the side of your spa. I do not have a toll-free phone number but here is the number to their main office in Pomona, California: 909-623-8781 Extensions 245, 247, 248
They are open from 8am-4:30pm PST Mon-Fri

Hello Sal,

thanks for the info.... I finally gave up trying to find one online and called Cal Spas to order the manual.

Just in case anyone needs it ... the toll free number is 1-800-CAL-SPAS (225-7727). I couldn't get any of the extension numbers to work though, had to use the phone prompts for customer support.

Thanks again

Thank You Sal,

I came to this forum just for that question. I thank you for the help, as the online help is terrible.

Best Regards,

Proust :)

I recently purchased a manual from Cal for my 1996 PS-5 that I just purchased and it doesn't give me any information that is useful to my model. Does anyone have schematics on this model? Need help.

Thanks
