Hi all I have a California Cooperage Spa about 3 yrs old and I Started it back up yesterday cleaned the filter refilled it etc. today I go to check to see how much chemical I need and I open the lid and get a FL on the display panel. So I take the filter out and push my hand up and down in the water and the jets come back on and the heater light lites back up again but when I turn the jets off about 1 minute later the Fl appears again,Any help would be welcomed I really don't know what to do about this.
Thanks again
Jason

The jets have full pressure it only happens when the jets are turned off after they have been running. (manually) and if you push the jet button again and make a wave in the filter housing it will clear and work fine again I'm stumped, could it be air in the lines I did happen to fill the tub half way in the filter housing and the rest in the tub directly....

again, sounds like circulation pump... this will be a small pump separate from the main jet pump. This little pump will not noticably force water through the jets. It is a low volume, similar to a waterfall or pond pump. Sounds like the impeller is sticking, and when you force a wave of water into the plumbing, it is enough to jog it back into operation. In most cases this pump is so silent it's hard to tell if it is even there when it is running. It's only purpose is to move water over the heater element to save electricity. The pressure switch is a failsafe so if the pump quits, the switch isn't made, and your heater doesn't turn on and dry fire.

So can I still keep the power on until a Tech comes out or should I turn the tub off completely?
