I have a 2000 Marquis destiny Spa. The Zone One (1) jets which control my Geyser and neck jets will not operate from the control on the Spa. These jets will however come on intermitten when Zone Two (2) jets are ending their cycle. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give.

Sometimes jets quit drafting air and seem to not be working. Are you sure that there is nothing at all coming out of the jets.. You may need to put your hand in front of those jets to check for water flow.
If water is coming out, but they are not drafting air, use a bottle brush on the jet nozzles with the pump(s) turned on.
