I am in need of a Single Pole Heater Contactor, I think, the current part is called a "Definite Purpose Controller" with a part number or serial number 45DD10AF190L2 manf. by Furnas

Series A - 110v@50HZ 120v @60HZ, with 30 restive Amps. It additionally has the following columns listed in a graph:
VAC FLA LRA
277 115
480 25 100
600 80
This is a 1988 Coleman Horizon Spa with a Brett Aqualine power source model #EM752T serial no. 280011-1
This contactor connects on one end to the High Limit Contactor and the other end to the Heating Element.

Secondly, the filter pump runs constantly. I have tested the switches between timer and continuos and they are fine. Also the timer is working properly, however when they are connected everything reads "hot". It appears that I am receiving current from the cold side of a hot wire (ie: it sould not be hot past the switch). Do I have a relay problem and how do I test them.
Any help would be great!!!

Regarding everything being "hot", do you have your summer/winter switch set to winter? This will typically keep the circulation pump running 24-7 to prevent freezing. Summer mode will operate off the timer. Summer mode may be labeled as filter mode 1 (or 2), economy, etc. Regarding the contactor, give http://www.newark.com a try. If you need a schematic for your control panel, visit http://www.alliedinnovations.com/BrettA ... index.html
