We recently bought a townhouse with a spa. It is on the back deck, and we have no yard area. The spa water is dirty. Is there a way to clean the water and spa without draining the water? If we have to drain the water we don't know where we would be able to make it go. Also, how do we clean it. Another problem with having to drain it is that we have no outside water faucet, and therefore no hose to refill the spa.

Thank you for any advice!

You can go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a hose adapter. What you do is go to any regular faucet in your kitchen or bathroom, and unscrew the airator (the thing with the screen in it), then screw in the hose adapter in its place. The other end of the adapter is a standard outdoor hose size. You then attach a regular garden hose to the other end. That way, you can fill the spa with a regular garden hose from either your kitchen or bathroom faucet. The adapter costs about $5 at Home Depot.

You can also get a small submersible pump, then you drop into the bottom of your spa, then run the hose to your kitchen sink, then turn the pump on and drain you spa into the kitchen sink. Those pumps cost about $60. I know they sell them at Sears, but they my also have them at Home Depot as well.
