We recently purchased a house in NOrthern Michigan and the spa was left filled and uncovered and is basically a spacicle. What are the odds it will work when it thaws. It is a older 90s???? catalina spa. Also what precautions should I take here. It is off and the power is off. It's also built into a deck or rather the deck is around it so I think accessing the pumps willl be a little tricky. THanks for any help.
